Having had shoulder rotator cuff pain I contacted Steven for a lesson. The lesson was brilliant and straight away he corrected my technique and I have no more pain! I have now signed up for some more lessons to further improve my technique and speed. I would highly recommend Steven if you are looking to take up swimming or you want to improve your technique or speed for a race. The lessons are also really good fun!

The lesson was excellent. I was a bit nervous beforehand, but Steven put me at ease straightaway with his friendly professional manner. The lesson was well structured and had a good balance between practical tips and technical analysis of my stroke. I have always struggled with my breathing while swimming, Steven told me that this was completely normal and we spent 10 minutes at the side of the pool trying out different options that suited me. By the end of the session I felt much more confident. I wish I had taken some lessons years ago!

Training for an Ironman - Stephen tailored sessions to target specific skill sets that would allow me to improve. He then built a training plan and talked me through areas I needed to focus on and how to train most efficiently. My swimming has seen a lot of improvement, thanks!
