We offer easy paced home swimming lessons to suit your availability. Lessons are available in 30 minutes, 45 minutes and 1 hour, our trainee to coach ration is 1:1, 2:1 or 3:1, this ensures adequate attention to the individual needs of each swimmer. Children’s lessons delivered at home will likely speed the process in which your child learns how to swim. Our focus is to create competent swimmers in all 4 strokes while having fun along the way. Swimming classes for kids in the comfort of your own home can be conducted in 1-2-1, 2-1 and group lessons.

Learning to swim as an adult can be a fantastic experience. It does not matter what age you are, you are never too old to learn how to swim.
The recommend duration and frequency for private lessons is 1-2 one hour lessons per week. Swimming lessons for adults differ significantly from swimming lessons for kids. There is generally a much faster progression with a more detailed focus on technique.

To improve your conditioning and speed in swimming you have to train correctly, swimming up and down for 1 hour 3 times a week at a moderate pace will keep you healthy but you will not see any great improvement in your times.
